**I Just Placed an Order, When Will It Ship?**

Please allow **2–3 business days** for order processing and preparation before shipping.

**How Long Is the Shipping Time?**

as it may **vary depending on the product’s location and the delivery destination**.

There may be circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions) that could cause shipping delays.
While most packages arrive on time, there may be occasional delays from the shipping carriers.
For this reason, **we cannot guarantee exact delivery times**, as delivery is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping company.

**Can I Cancel My Order?**

Yes! You can cancel your order **with no penalty** within **24 hours** of placing it.
If the item has already shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
To cancel, simply send us an email with the subject line **“CANCEL.”**

**I Entered an Incorrect Address!**

If you entered an incorrect or auto-filled address,
please reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct address as soon as possible.
We can update the shipping address **within 24 hours** after the order is placed.

**My Item Arrived Damaged**

We ship every product with **extra protective packaging**.
However, in rare cases (approximately 1 in 1000), items may arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.

If this happens, please contact us and provide:

* A picture of the damaged item
